There could be several reasons why your credit card payment was declined. Some common ones include:
- Card on file has expired
- Insufficient funds
- Fraud alert
- Address change (We verify addresses to prevent fraud)
- Credit card on file was canceled
We try three times to charge your card on file, and send you an email after each unsuccessful attempt.
NOTE: Your service will be temporarily suspended if you do not pay your balance within 15 days; after another 30 days it will be permanently disconnected, and you'll lose your number.
