To submit a support ticket, go to www.nextpbx.com. At the upper right-hand corner of the page, click on "Submit a request."
You'll then be directed to a page where you'll enter the following information (all required):
- Email address
- Description of problem
The following fields are not required but will help us locate your account more quickly:
- Account Number
- Service Phone Number
You may also add any attachments to the ticket.
When you are done, click Submit. Someone should get back to you within two business days.
